　　This globally recognised Danish company was founded in 1932 and has been rapidly growing ever since then. The group is committed to the development of children's creativity through games and learning. Its products are well-known around the world and it provides toys, experience and teaching materials for children of more than 130 countries. Therefore, it is searching for a senior training and development manager to support its growing business.

　　The role is very important because you need to establish the Jiaxing website of training structure and system based on global standards. This is a challenging and promising position and your main responsibility is to organize and update training, learning and development policies and processes.

　　To be qualified for this position, you will need more than 8 years of training experience. Be fluent in English and have similar experience would be very beneficial. The most important is that you need to be recognized as a strong team leader, to provide support for other organizations. Therefore, good communication skills are necessary.
