崗位職責(zé)：
1?在設(shè)備現(xiàn)場實(shí)際處理程序調(diào)試(MISTUBISHI?GX?PLC,?GOT?HMI,?Siemens?S7-300/400?PLC,?WinCC?flexible?2008),?電氣、儀表接線、故障解決、維修維護(hù)、器件更換等工作，并做好相關(guān)工作記錄和出差報(bào)告；
Take?responsibility?for?programming?debug(MISTUBISHI?GX?PLC,?GOT?HMI,?Siemens?S7-300/400?PLC,?WinCC?flexible?2008),?electrical?wiring,?trouble?shooting,?maintenance,?replace?of?electric?parts?and?instruments?in?the?customer?sites,?and?fulfill?relevant?working?record?and?travel?reports;
2?根據(jù)控制邏輯,電氣圖紙，結(jié)合工藝要求，通過電話、郵件或傳真回復(fù)客戶提出的問題，給出具體技術(shù)性解決方案；
Answering?customers’?questions?regarding?electrical?issues?through?telephone,?e-mail?or?fax?according?to?electrical?control?diagram?and?processing?requirement,?and?provide?the?detail?technical?problem?solving?proposal;
3?和機(jī)械（或工藝工程師）一起，完成現(xiàn)場項(xiàng)目的調(diào)試和性能測試，在滿足合同要求的基礎(chǔ)上完成項(xiàng)目驗(yàn)收；
Finish?the?project?commissioning,?performance?test?and?acceptance?together?with?theMechanical?engineer?(or?processing?engineer)?in?the?site?according?to?contracts;
4?根據(jù)控制邏輯要求，理解并繪制控制回路。
Understand?and?drawing?control?circuit?diagram?according?to?control?logic.
5?翻譯集團(tuán)內(nèi)產(chǎn)品使用手冊和圖紙并安排寄送給客戶；
Translate?the?operation?manual?and?diagram,?and?arrange?the?delivery?to?the?customerof?such?documentations;
6?進(jìn)行相關(guān)技術(shù)文件的歸檔；
Responsible?for?filing?of?relevant?technical?documentations;
7?參加公司內(nèi)（或海外）技術(shù)及產(chǎn)品培訓(xùn)，提高自身綜合素養(yǎng)；
Take?part?in?the?technical?and?product?training?arranged?by?the?company?to?improveself?abilities;
8?向技術(shù)部總監(jiān)匯報(bào)工作。

任職要求：
1?大學(xué)本科以上學(xué)歷（電氣自動化或自動化控制專業(yè)）
University?degree?or?above?(Major?in：Electrical?Automation?/?Automation?Control).?。
2?三年及以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn);?持有低壓電工操作證。
Relevant?working?experiences?for?3?years?or?above;?have?“Low?voltage?electrical?operation?certificate”
3?日語聽說讀寫流利，英語具備聽讀寫能力，能與外方專家就技術(shù)問題進(jìn)行無語言障礙交流；
Fluent?Japanese?in?listening,?speaking,?reading?and?writing,?capable?to?use?English?in?listening,?reading?and?writing,?can?communicate?with?foreign?experts?in?Japanese?and?English?for?technical?issues?smoothly;
4?能熟練閱讀、理解一般工業(yè)電氣控制電路圖（日英文），其中能理解本公司設(shè)備、系統(tǒng)的電氣控制圖者優(yōu)先；
Capability?to?read?and?understand?common?industry?electrical?engineering?control?diagram?n?both?Japanese?and?English?smoothly,?preferably?for?those?candidates?who?can?understand?the?diagram?of?our?company’s?machines?and?systems;
5?能夠根據(jù)控制原理圖判斷系統(tǒng)故障的可能性；
Capability?to?judge?the?possible?reasons?which?might?cause?the?system?troubles?according?to?the?control?principle?diagram;
6?熟悉PLC-變頻器使用，熟悉一般的PID（流量、溫度、料位，重量）的原理和控制方法；
Familiar?with?the?usage?of?the?PLC?inverter,?principle?and?control?methods?of?common?PID?(flow?rate,?temperature,?material?level?and?weight);
7?熟悉MISTUBISHI?GX,?Siemens?S7-300?PLC可編程控制器的軟硬件，具備初步編程能力；有非標(biāo)自動化設(shè)備PLC編程經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先；
Familiar?with?the?hardware?and?software?of?MISTUBISHI?GX,?SIEMENS?S7?300?Programmable?controller,?and?have?the?basic?programming?skill;
8?熟悉人-機(jī)界面的基本組態(tài)原理，有MISTUBISHI?GOT,?Siemens?WinCC?Flexible?（ProTools）使用經(jīng)驗(yàn)為佳；
