·Perform?sample?preparation?and?inspection?like:?cutting,?mounting,polishing,?etching,?metallographic?examine,?hardness?testing?and?chemicaltesting?etc.
負(fù)責(zé)金相試樣制備及金相分析、硬度測試和化學(xué)成分測試。
·Ensure?ASTM?and?customer?specifications?be?applicable?to?all?testing?areas.
確保實驗檢測方法符合ASTM和客戶標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求。
·Deliver?correct?test?report?on?time
及時交付準(zhǔn)確的測試報告。
·?Be?responsible?for?routine?calibration,?maintenance?and?repairs?of?laboratory?instrumentation?and?equipment.
負(fù)責(zé)實驗室儀器設(shè)備、計量器具的校準(zhǔn)及檢修。
·Follow?the?EHS?regulation?during?testing.
遵循EHS相關(guān)規(guī)定進行測試。
·Perform?other?tasks?assigned?by?managers
完成經(jīng)理交付的其它任務(wù)。
Qualifications
任職要求：
·Be?familiar?with?materials?laboratory?test.
熟悉材料實驗室測試工作。
·Have?strong?knowledge?about?test,?include?mechanical?test,?chemicalcomposition?test?and?metallurgical?analysis.
具有豐富的實驗室測試知識，包括機械性能，化學(xué)檢測和金相分析。
·?Specific?knowledge?of?steels,?titanium?alloys?and?super?alloys.
熟悉鋼鐵、鈦合金和鎳基高溫合金。
·Pro-active?team?worker.
積極的團隊參與者。
