根據(jù)NextGen?Team的業(yè)務(wù)規(guī)劃和預(yù)算,制定所轄地區(qū)的年度銷售計(jì)劃及預(yù)算,并組織實(shí)施，完成銷售任務(wù)；
2.Key?Account?Management
Develop?and?maintain?good?relationship?with?key?accounts?within?the?responsible?region.
客戶管理
對(duì)所轄大區(qū)的重要客戶的關(guān)系及發(fā)展進(jìn)行良好的維護(hù)，不斷優(yōu)化客戶結(jié)構(gòu)；
3.Market?Information?Update
Be?responsible?for?collecting?the?market?information?within?the?responsible?region?and?work?out?a?sales?proposal?to?reflect?those?market?changes;?lead?the?implementation?based?on?approved?sales?proposal.
市場(chǎng)調(diào)研
負(fù)責(zé)收集所轄大區(qū)的市場(chǎng)和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手信息，針對(duì)市場(chǎng)變化，向有關(guān)部門提議建設(shè)性的銷售方案并組織實(shí)施；
4.New?Customer?Development
Actively?develop?new?customers?to?increase?the?sales?coverage.
開(kāi)發(fā)市場(chǎng)
根據(jù)年度開(kāi)發(fā)計(jì)劃開(kāi)發(fā)新客戶、新渠道，促進(jìn)銷售增長(zhǎng)并擴(kuò)展市場(chǎng)份額；
5.Internal?Coordination
Build?up?good?cooperation??with?different?functional?departments?in?the?company?to?enhance?the?support??to?customer?and?better?satisfy?customers’?need.

任職要求：
1.At?least?5?years?sales?experience;?at?least?3??years?OTC?channel?experience?on?sales?management?position.
5年以上銷售工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；3年以上零售藥店渠道銷售管理工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
2.At?least?3?years’?experience?on?sales?management?position.
3年以上外資企業(yè)主管工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
3.At?least?3?years’?experience?within?a?joint-venture?or?wholly?foreign?owned?company.
3年以上合資或獨(dú)資企業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
