·?Prepare?engineering?specifications?and?calculations?for?all?designed?system?components,?equipment?sizing?per?ASME?B31.3,?pressure?drop?calculations,?pump?head?calculation,?pneumatic?and?hydraulic?calculations?and?service?components?selection?with?process?controls.
·?Detail?development?of?process?equipment?requirements,?nozzle?schedule,?nozzle?loadings?and?limitations,?and?other?mechanical?components?assigned?to?you?by?the?Senior?Systems?Engineer.
·?Sizing?of?pressure?relief?valves?&?documentation?as?required.
·?Prepare?utility?consumption?calculations?and?document?the?summary?in?the?utility?list.
·?Provide?design?information?data?to?CAD?designers?to?ensure?continuous?workflow?and?information?feed?to?the?CAD?group.
·?Familiar?with?AutoCAD?design?and?drafting.
·?Work?with?engineering?manager?and?project?manager?to?develop?final?design?from?conception?to?fabrication?and?installation?details.
·?Control?equipment?design?to?be?within?the?budget?and?project?schedule.
·?Control?all?design?documents?under?your?supervision?to?prevent?any?unauthorized?design?changes,?revisions?or?modifications?without?the?proper?authorization?and?approvals.?Strict?compliance?to?ISO?Quality?requirements?shall?apply.
·?Direct?communication?with?vendors?to?develop?Requests?For?Quotation?(RFQ),?Bid?Evaluation?and?making?technical?recommendation?to?Senior?Systems?Engineer?(or?Project?Manager)?for?purchase?order.
·?Perform?the?equipment?QA/QC?inspection.
主要職責(zé)：
·?依據(jù)ASME?B31.3要求準(zhǔn)備系統(tǒng)設(shè)備規(guī)格書、計(jì)算書，進(jìn)行壓降、揚(yáng)程、氣動(dòng)和液動(dòng)系統(tǒng)的計(jì)算。
·?對高級系統(tǒng)工程師分配的工藝設(shè)備要求、噴嘴進(jìn)度表、噴嘴負(fù)荷和限制等細(xì)節(jié)進(jìn)行詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)。
·?確定泄壓閥規(guī)格，并整理文檔。
·?進(jìn)行工程消耗計(jì)算，并整理施工消耗清單。
·?向CAD設(shè)計(jì)人員提供設(shè)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)，?確保CAD部門得到連續(xù)的工作流和信息。
·?熟悉AutoCAD設(shè)計(jì)和繪圖。
·?配合工程經(jīng)理和項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理完成設(shè)備從初步設(shè)計(jì)、制造到安裝細(xì)節(jié)的最終設(shè)計(jì)。
·?確保采購設(shè)備滿足項(xiàng)目預(yù)算、進(jìn)度要求。
·?管理所有設(shè)計(jì)文件，以防止未經(jīng)授權(quán)的設(shè)計(jì)變更、修訂或修改。嚴(yán)格遵守ISO質(zhì)量要求。
·?與供應(yīng)商直接溝通，發(fā)送詢價(jià)單(RFQ)，評標(biāo)，并向高級系統(tǒng)工程師(或項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理)提出采購訂單的技術(shù)建議。
·?負(fù)責(zé)設(shè)備QA?/?QC檢驗(yàn)。

學(xué)歷要求：
?o?工程專業(yè)本科學(xué)歷?或機(jī)械工程專業(yè)研究生學(xué)歷
o?5年以上系統(tǒng)設(shè)備設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
o?2年以上設(shè)備選型、檢驗(yàn)與驗(yàn)收、技術(shù)數(shù)據(jù)溝通協(xié)調(diào)、采購合同編制及機(jī)械部件設(shè)計(jì)相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
o?有機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)、部件選型經(jīng)驗(yàn)，能夠進(jìn)行應(yīng)力、載荷?、震動(dòng)等計(jì)算。
o?熟悉行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、工程規(guī)范，理解各專業(yè)圖紙。
o?有良好的工程理解和實(shí)踐能力，積極進(jìn)取，是高級系統(tǒng)工程師的“得力助手”
