崗位職責:
根據(jù)顧問對所在行業(yè),公司以及職位的分析,參與制定目標候選人的尋訪方案
進行相關(guān)侯選人資料的收集、分類、整理,對簡歷做初步篩選
通過各種渠道快速尋訪候選人,進行初步面試和評估
溝通協(xié)調(diào)候選人與公司之間的面試安排,跟進進展并及時反饋
候選人背景調(diào)查,薪酬談判,offer跟進,入職跟進等
根據(jù)客戶需求組織內(nèi)部資源為顧問提供執(zhí)行方向
錄入并更新數(shù)據(jù)庫中候選人的資料

任職要求:
本科以上學歷,商業(yè)管理、人力資源管理專業(yè)為佳
擅于與人溝通,協(xié)調(diào)能力好,反應(yīng)快
正直誠信、具有良好職業(yè)道德和團隊精神,工作認真負責
心理素質(zhì)好,可承受較大工作壓力,喜歡聊天交朋友的人較佳
具備良好的英語溝通能力以及電腦操作技能

Requirements:
