l?在領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的指導(dǎo)下撰寫全面的研究方案
l?提供高級(jí)分析及全面而深刻的增值調(diào)查結(jié)果和建議
l?在領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的指導(dǎo)下完成報(bào)告流程
l?完成零誤差報(bào)告并總結(jié)及給出合理建議
l?用中英文交付演示結(jié)果
l?獨(dú)立組織至少兩個(gè)品牌解決方案的項(xiàng)目
l?有效完成項(xiàng)目執(zhí)行和管理，確保及時(shí)高效的工作效率
l?控制并節(jié)約項(xiàng)目執(zhí)行經(jīng)費(fèi)
l?建立并維護(hù)與客戶的長(zhǎng)期信任關(guān)系
l?及時(shí)解決客戶的需求并提供專業(yè)建議
l?有效完成對(duì)研究員及研究助理的人員管理
l?有效進(jìn)行團(tuán)隊(duì)任務(wù)分配，管理績(jī)效考核及評(píng)估，在工作崗位上培訓(xùn)初級(jí)研究員盡快熟悉業(yè)務(wù)

任職要求：
l?名牌大學(xué)本科或碩士學(xué)歷
l?至少5-8年市場(chǎng)研究經(jīng)驗(yàn)，或客戶方市場(chǎng)研究相關(guān)領(lǐng)域
l?優(yōu)秀的中英文書寫與口頭表達(dá)能力
l?熟練的計(jì)算機(jī)技能（OFFICE辦公軟件），熟悉SPSS、SAS等統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件
l?優(yōu)秀的人際交流和溝通能力
l?對(duì)于市場(chǎng)研究方法和公司特定的技術(shù)有深入了解和實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)
l?良好的邏輯分析能力和洞察能力
