??As?part?of?a?global?team,?develop?and?maintain?business?process?and?application?expertise?to?ensure?effective?and?consistent?processes?are?being?utilized?and?maintained.?Investigate,?develop?and?implement?process?and?system?best-practices?for?all?SI?Group?locations.?Participate?on?and?lead?project?teams?for?software?and?process?implementations.?Coordinate?and?communicate?with?Operations?personnel?to?ensure?efficient?business?integration.?Ensure?local,?regional?and?global?adherence?to?all?established?standards?and?norms?surrounding?our?data,?systems?and?processes.
(2)?Business?Process?Improvement
?Actively?pursue?and?participate?in?the?development?of?global?business?process?improvements?and?enterprise?class?business?solutions?that?increase?productivity,?simplify?processes?and?reduce?complexity?throughout?the?enterprise?
?Support?and?promote?the?integration?and?standardization?of?SI?Group’s?global?business?systems?and?processes.
?Facilitate?business?analysis?through?the?gathering?of?requirements,?building?or?defining?reporting?tools?and?initial?analysis?in?accordance?with?the?global?business?strategy.?
(3)?Project?Management
?Act?as?an?affiliate?specific?or?international?Project?Manager?for?solutions?requiring?a?coordinated?business?effort.
?Interact?as?required?with?local?and?regional?leadership?providing?insight?and?direction?regarding?business?process?and?operation.
?Assume?a?leadership?role?by?actively?championing?value?added?projects?and?processes.
(4)?Business?System?Support
?Maintain?proficiency?in?corporate?ERP?and?other?business?solutions?to?ensure?effective?utilization?and?appropriate?return?on?investment?is?being?achieved.
?Provide?training?and?root?cause?analysis?in?support?of?the?effective?utilization?of?our?enterprise?systems.
?Test?patches?and?upgrades?of?ERP?systems?to?ensure?smooth?operation.?
?Facilitate?communication?between?end?users?and?IT?to?ensure?focus?on?business?requirements.

?A?BA/BSC?Degree?or?equivalent?business?experience.
?3-5?years’?experience?reviewing?business?processes?and?developing?and?implementing?best?practices
?Domestic?&?international?project?management?experience?preferred.
?Ability?to?quickly?understand?and?utilize?new?concepts?and?technologies.
?Excellent?interpersonal?and?communications?skills.
?ERP?Experience
?Proven?leadership?&?teamwork?qualities
?Fluent?in?English
