崗位職責：
PURPOSE
Provide?IT?support?and?technical?guidance?in?areas?of?information?technology?(IT)?across?Q2?Solutions’?and?service?providers’?infrastructure?(including?cloud?infrastructure.)?Assist?with?local?laboratory?business-as-usual?and?specialized?IT?projects,?and?assist?with?laboratory?instrument?interfacing.
RESPONSIBILITIES
??Develop?detailed?engineering?specifications?and?deployment?plans?from?architectural?specifications.?Determine?overall?technical?requirements?for?server?and?storage?hardware?and?software,?as?well?as?the?integration?of?network,?security?and?any?other?infrastructure?needs.
??Review?critical?application?and?infrastructure?environments?and?ensure?appropriate?lifecycle?viability?and?support.?Ensure?existing?environments?are?appropriately?engineered?and?provisioned?and?with?the?operational?teams?to?address?problem?areas.
??Develop?and?maintain?a?health?scorecard?for?Q2?Solutions?sites(s).?This?includes?server?and?storage?hardware?and?software,?monitoring?tools,?network?connectivity,?availability?of?maintenance?or?warranty,?failover?capability,?application?support,?etc.
??Ensure?consistent?installation?qualification?and?support?of?non-infrastructure?components?within?the?environment?which?may?have?a?particular?emphasis?on?specialized?areas?of?technology.
??Provide?consulting?services?for?IT?Infrastructure?configuration?and?engineering?that?may?have?a?particular?emphasis?on?specialized?areas?of?technology.
??Participate?in?instrument?setup,?configuration?and?connectivity?to?Laboratory?Information?Systems.
??Provide?after-hours?on-call?service?as?required
??Perform?daily?monitoring?of?systems?and?troubleshooting.
??Mentor?junior?staff?and?provide?training?when?required.
??Perform?other?duties?as?required.
