崗位職責(zé)：
1、Be?responsible?for?Preventive/Corrective?Maintenance?activities?to?support?operation.負(fù)責(zé)計(jì)劃維護(hù)、緊急維護(hù)工作的進(jìn)行。
2、Make?sure?all?equipment?in?good?condition?and?sign?in?work?order?in?time,?Root?cause?analysis?if?needed.確保所有設(shè)備的維護(hù)保養(yǎng)工作及時(shí)填寫工作單，維修后及時(shí)總結(jié)故障原因分析和改進(jìn)計(jì)劃。
3、Continue?improvement?for?5S,?and?find?out?potential?risk?of?safety?and?keep?tracking?till?be?fixed.持續(xù)改善負(fù)責(zé)設(shè)備的5s，并負(fù)責(zé)查找設(shè)備故障及安全隱患，?解決或及時(shí)報(bào)告。
4、Responsible?for?supervise?the?service?quality?of?contactor?on?site.監(jiān)督現(xiàn)場外包維修服務(wù)的安全施工，?并保證施工質(zhì)量。
5、Finish?other?works?arranged?by?maintenance?supervisor完成維修主管安排的其他工作
6、Follow?up?TS16949?system?and?continuous?improving?on?equipment?performance跟進(jìn)TS16949系統(tǒng)并對設(shè)備的性能進(jìn)行持續(xù)改善
任職要求：
1、Electrical/Mechanical?engineering?background有機(jī)械或電氣背景。
2、Machinery?and?hydraulic?problem?diagnosis?and?repair?機(jī)械和液壓故障的診斷與維修經(jīng)驗(yàn)????
3、Should?meet?all?related?requirements?regarding?Quality?Management?Systems?and?EHS?Management?Systems.?滿足公司質(zhì)量體系以及環(huán)境、健康、安全的要求。
4、Engineering?school?of?Mechanical?or?Electrical.?Repair?experience?of?large-scale?forging?equipment?is?preferred.機(jī)械或電氣背景，大型鍛造設(shè)備維修經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
5、3years?working?experience?of?industry?facility?or?maintenance.3年以上大型工廠設(shè)備設(shè)施維修經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
6、Ability?to?take?initiative?and?successfully?lead?others.?工作積極主動。正面的工作態(tài)度，自信心強(qiáng)
7、Be?familiar?with?related?equipment?principle?(power?substation,?chiller,?air?compressor,?HVAC,?water?pump,?heat?exchanger?...etc.)熟悉相應(yīng)設(shè)備設(shè)施以及生產(chǎn)設(shè)備的原理。
8、Strong?customer?service?skill?and?provide?strongly?support?consciousness?強(qiáng)的客戶服務(wù)技巧，較強(qiáng)的支持和服務(wù)的意識。
9、Strong?interpersonal,?communication?and?problem-solving?skills.善于與人打交道，溝通能力強(qiáng)，具備處理復(fù)雜問題的能力。
