Main?activities:
Sales?administration?agents?are?responsible?for?processing?orders?by?telephone,?e-mail?or?mail.?They?check?that?orders?include?the?correct?prices,?discounts?and?product?part?numbers?and?enter?them?into?the?company's?MRP?system.?They?send?confirmation?to?customers?and?contact?them?to?check?any?details?that?may?be?wrong?or?to?obtain?missing?information.
To?maintain?the?moentum?of?delivery.?They?coordinates?and?expedites?the?flow?of?work?and?materials?within?or?between?departments?according?to?weekly?and?monthly?production?schedules.?Duties?include?reviewing?and?distributing?production,?work,?and?shipment?schedules.?Conferring?with?department?supervisors?to?determin?progress?of?work?and?completion?dates.?Inventory?levels,and?support?solving?production?problems.
They?must?be?able?to?efficiently?solve?problems?relating?to?sales,?finance?and?transportation?of?goods?in?locations?both?national?and?overseas.
They?maintain?sales?records?and?update?customer?records.They?provide?information?on?sales?by?product?line?or?territory?that?managers?use?to?prepare?reports?and?monitor?performance.
