·Candidate?must?have?two?to?four?years?Field??Engineering?&?Practical/?Technical?experience?and?general
knowledge?in?civil,?mechanical/?piping,??electrical,?instrumentation?controls,?refractory,?metal?fabrication?-and?general?contract?and?construction?activites.
·Must?be?willing?and?capable?to?travel??domestically?and?over-seas?as?required?to?meet?construction
schedules?which?could?last?several?weeks?or??months?at?a?time.?
·B.S.?Engineering?Degree?is?required?in?field?of??Mechancial,?Refractory?Engineering
Chemical,?Plant?Design?or?equal.?Associates?Degree?will?also?be?considered.

·?在所有Hankin承接項目中，作為現(xiàn)場工程師/顧問，協(xié)助工程經(jīng)理（CM）工作?！ぴ诠こ探?jīng)理指導下，負責監(jiān)督現(xiàn)場施工，確保工程符合工程技術(shù)規(guī)范和QA/QC程序。
·2-4年現(xiàn)場施工經(jīng)驗，對土木工程、管道、電氣、儀表控制、機加工、總包合同和建筑施工有一定了解。
·適應國內(nèi)、國外長期出差（每次出差少則幾周，多則幾個月）。
·?機械、耐火材料、化學、工廠設(shè)計專業(yè)本科或等同。
任職要求：
Primary?Responsibilities:
·Understand?refractory?engineering?and?familiar??with?AutoCAD?drafting.
·Supervise?all?daily?construction?activities?and??report?to?Hankin?VP?of?Construction/?Site?Manager.
·Coordinate?with?all?subcontractors?i.e.??Mechanical?Erection,?Refractory,?Piping,?Instrumentation,
Painting,?and?External?Insulation?for?successful??completion?of?all?subcontract?work.
·Prepare?daily?reports?from?the?construction?site,??and?supervise?subcontractors?to?ensure?that?all?work
prerformed?is?in?compliance?with?the?design??documents.
·Keep?daily?records?of?"As-Built"??documents?and?record?all?deviations?from?the?design?documents.
主要職責：
·?了解耐火材料施工，熟悉Auto?CAD制圖。
·監(jiān)督現(xiàn)場施工，向Hankin現(xiàn)場經(jīng)理/工程副總匯報。
·與分包商協(xié)調(diào)溝通相關(guān)工作，包括：機械安裝、耐火材料施工、管道儀表安裝、噴漆、外部保溫。
·?編寫現(xiàn)場日報，監(jiān)督指導現(xiàn)場施工，確保施工符合工程設(shè)計。
·?保管每日“竣工”文檔，記錄與設(shè)計不符之處。
Authorities:
·Recommendations?to?approve?and?reject?workmanship??of?subcontractor's?work?under?his?supervision.
·Disqualify?and?dismiss?any?subcontractor?for??unsafe?and?hazardous?work?conduct.
·Not?allowing?any?contractor?or?his?workers?on?the??job?site?without?proper?training,?permit,?authorization,
·physical?or?mental?condition?that?could?adversely??affect?any?coworkers',?safety?or?workmanship?quality.

·對于施工存在安全隱患的分包商，有權(quán)解除合同。
·對于未經(jīng)培訓、未取得工作許可或授權(quán)的分包商及其施工人員，或精神狀態(tài)不佳以至于可能影響工友或施工質(zhì)量的人員，有權(quán)拒絕其入場施工。
