崗位職責：
1?Create?appropriate?early?childhood?content?for?use?in?earlychildhood?products?and?services?within?and?outside?of?Etonkids;plan,?allocate,?and?monitor?individual?time?in?order?to?completeassigned?projects?as?well?as?complete?departmentgoals?as?set?by?the?R&D?Director;?designappropriate?early?childhood?curricula?targetingthe?needs?of?Etonkids,?China’s?early?childhood?sector,?and?parents;and?ensure?all?content?created?by?the?R&D?Department?is?appropriate?for?usefor?young?children?within?and?outside?of?Etonkids?early?childhood?settings.
2.?Provide?input?on?issues?to?consider?inthe?development?of?R&D?projects,?including?brainstormingand?coordination?support?as?delegated;?independentlycoordinate?assigned?projects?from?conceptulatization?through?toproduction;?proactively?assist?team?members?in?preparing?projectsfor?R&D?Director?approval;?and?develop?an?understanding?of?the?organization’s?research?activity.
3.?Participate?in?the?brainstorming?and?writing?of?KIDS?Magazine;and?research,?contribute,?and?solicit?regular?articles?for?the?magazine?inorder?to?promote?the?Etonkids?brand.
4.?Assist?the?R&D?Director?in?supporting?the?organization’sacademic?strategy?and?promoting?its?activities?to?internal?and?external?stakeholders.
5.?Contribute?to?the?collection?of?data?and?preparation?of?reports?relating?tothe?organization’s?project?development?activities,?including?individual?monthly?project?reports.
6.?Support?English?Department?training?in?the?use?of?any?productdeveloped?by?the?R&D?department?within?and?outside?of?Etonkids?as?requested.
7.?Fulfill?additional?duties?and?responsibilities?that?are?in?line?with
the?employment?contract?as?instructed?by?the?R&D?Director.
