? Manage,?perform?and?track?all?NPI?inventory?material,?including?cycle?counting,?NPI?builds.?Accurately?maintain?inventory?balances?in?order?to?preserve?inventory?integrity.
? Production?Control?responsibility,?release?and?maintenance?Purchase?Orders?(PO)?to?completion,?tracking?inventory?variances.
? Manage?variables?in?the?demand?requirements,?such?as?NPI?forecasts,?strategic?inventory?planning,?allocations,?and?backlog?consumption.
? Lead?communication?on?NPI?demand?management?and?feed?available?PO?to?promise?data?to?Sales?and?PLM,?and?others?as?needed.
? Collaborate?and?develop?forward?looking?capacity?plans?and?proactively?resolve?issues.
? Map?supply?chain?logistics?as?NPI?product?transfers?to?Contract?Manufacturers.
? Coordinate?with?team?members?to?ensure?the?availability?of?parts/materials?to?meet?production?schedules.
? Maintain?data?reporting,?charts,?shortage?lists,?and?others?reports?related?to?NPI.
? Expedite?production?of?parts?as?required?and?establish?delivery?dates?as?required?to?meet?customer?on-time?delivery.
? Utilize?best?practice?to?manage?inventory?of?materials?and?parts?needed?to?complete?NPI?builds?and?production?volumes.
? Work?with?QE?and?ME?on?NPI?and?existing?products?to?support?for?production?volumes.
? Coordinate?the?scheduling?of?meetings?and?the?assigning?of?responsibility?for?specific?tasks?to?support?production?requirements.
? Review?MRP?data,?BOM,?and?other?documents?for?completeness?and?latest?version.
? Coordinate?with?Operations,?Supply?Chain?and?Program?Management?Project?Teams.
? Schedule?and?coordinate?flow?of?work?within?or?between?departments?of?manufacturing?plant?to?ensure?production?schedule?is?met.
