-?Maintain?L&D?system?from?training?policies?and?procedures?to?training?materials
-?Responsible?for?the?management?of?all?employee?and?organizational?training,?support?L&D?manager?on?L&D?needs?analysis
-?Work?with?L&D?leader?for?key?staff?development?and?retention
-?Complete?other?assignments?if?necessary

-?Bachelor?degree?or?above
-?3?years+?related?working?experience?(in?MNC?will?be?plus)?in?HR?ER?function,?has?the?experience?in?employer?branding?will?be?preferred
-?Good?at?Photoshop,?text?edit?and?PowerPoint
-?Good?English?speaking?and?writing?skills?required
-?Certain?creativity,?‘Out-of-box’?thinker
