崗位職責(zé):
1、Develop?sales?team?and?complete?the?company’s?annual?sales?target?and?task?according?to?the?company?strategy?and?sales?plan;
根據(jù)公司的戰(zhàn)略和銷(xiāo)售計(jì)劃,制定營(yíng)銷(xiāo)團(tuán)隊(duì)的銷(xiāo)售計(jì)劃,考核完成公司年度銷(xiāo)售目標(biāo)和任務(wù);
2、Responsible?for?customer?communication?and?management?effectively;
負(fù)責(zé)進(jìn)行有效的客戶(hù)管理以及溝通;
3、Able?to?apply?service?skills,?communication?skills?to?solve?customer?dissatisfaction?and?complaints,?responsible?for?developing?and?maintaining?good?customer?relations;
能夠靈活運(yùn)用服務(wù)技巧、溝通技巧解決客戶(hù)的不滿(mǎn)和投訴,負(fù)責(zé)發(fā)展和維護(hù)良好的客戶(hù)關(guān)系;
4、Assist?leadership?to?establish,?participate?in?relevant?policies?and?sales?management?system;
制定、參與協(xié)助上層執(zhí)行相關(guān)的銷(xiāo)售政策以及銷(xiāo)售管理制度;
任職要求:
1,Master?the?knowledge?of?forex?in?the?international?financial?markets,?passion?for?financial?industry,?familiar?with?the?regulations?and?related?policies;
對(duì)國(guó)際金融市場(chǎng)特別是外匯交易有深入的了解,熱愛(ài)金融行業(yè),熟悉金融行業(yè)的法規(guī)和相關(guān)政策;
2,More?than?1?years?in?the?forex?industry,?marketing?or?consulting?services?related;
從事外匯行業(yè)市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷(xiāo),咨詢(xún)服務(wù)相關(guān)工作1年以上;
3,Good?negotiation?and?communication?skills,?have?financial?knowledge?and?strong?ability?of?learning?(telesales?experience?is?preferred);
具有良好的談判、溝通能力,具備一定的金融知識(shí)和較強(qiáng)的學(xué)習(xí)能力(有電話營(yíng)銷(xiāo)經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先);
4,Strong?expression?ability,?good?at?communication,?can?bear?hardships?and?be?capable?of?hard?work;
表達(dá)能力強(qiáng),善于溝通,能吃苦耐勞;
5,Wide?range?of?client?resources?is?preferred,?especially?IB?clients;
有廣泛客戶(hù)資源者優(yōu)先,特別是渠道/機(jī)構(gòu)客戶(hù);
6,Rich?experience?in?customer?service?and?the?strong?sales?ability.
