崗位職責:
1、負責公司開發(fā)的移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)產(chǎn)品運營策略的制定及執(zhí)行,根據(jù)產(chǎn)品情況制定公司整體及階段性運營指標,合理安排產(chǎn)品運營計劃并實施;
2、對產(chǎn)品的各項運營數(shù)據(jù)進行整理,定期對產(chǎn)品的各項數(shù)據(jù)進行分析,并作出有利于產(chǎn)品發(fā)展的意見報告;
3、制定各類檢測機制,負責運營工作的流程規(guī)劃及實施,依據(jù)運營需求來設(shè)計運營模型和運營工具;
4、負責運營策略的數(shù)據(jù)分析和有效性評估,監(jiān)控預算和成本,給出優(yōu)化建議,提高運營效率;
5、帶領(lǐng)或指導團隊完成運營指標,包括注冊用戶、活躍用戶、下載量、流量、點擊率、獨立IP數(shù)、內(nèi)容更新等;
6、監(jiān)控和研究市場動態(tài)及競爭對手策略,分析行業(yè)形式,提供產(chǎn)品、運營優(yōu)化建議,給出針對性應對方案并推進實施。
任職要求:
1、廣告、數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計、信息管理、傳媒相關(guān)專業(yè)本科以上學歷,5年以上互聯(lián)網(wǎng)推廣運營類崗位工作經(jīng)驗,有知名移動產(chǎn)品運營推廣經(jīng)驗;
2、具備熟練的數(shù)據(jù)分析,總結(jié)能力,能夠通過各種運營數(shù)據(jù)的收集、歸納、分析,對產(chǎn)品的運營策略進行及時的調(diào)整及改進;
3、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)思維敏捷并熱衷于用戶行為研究,良好的自我學習及驅(qū)動力,責任心強,具有創(chuàng)新精神。

5、Lead?the?team?to?complete?operational?performance?index,?including?registered?users,?active?users,?downloads,?traffic,?click?rate,?independent?IP?number,?content?updates?etc.;
6、Monitor?and?study?market?dynamics?and?competitors?strategy.?Analyze?industry?forms,?to?provide?products,?operational?optimization?proposals,?and?provide?targeted?response?solutions?and?its?implementation.
Requirements:
1、Bachelor?degree?or?above.?Graduate?from?advertising,?data?statistics,?information?management,?media,?or?related?major.?5?+?years?working?experience?in?internet?promotion?and?operation.?Well-known?mobile?product?operation?and?promotion?experience;
2、Proficiency?in?data?analysis?and?summarizing.?Capability?of?operation?data?collection,?induction?and?analysis?for?the?timely?adjustment?and?improvement?of?operation?strategy;
3、Obtained?Internet?thinking?and?keen?on?user?behavior?research.?Good?self-learning?and?forward?force?driving.?Strong?sense?of?responsibility,?with?the?spirit?of?innovation.
