崗位職責(zé)：
1、游戲本地化翻譯和校對，更新內(nèi)容并進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)歸納，保證游戲質(zhì)量；
2、負(fù)責(zé)官方社區(qū)游戲頁面運(yùn)營管理，發(fā)新帖，樹立核心玩家，增進(jìn)玩家關(guān)系，提高玩家活躍度；
3、處理玩家問題，維護(hù)GM群和玩家反饋，包括問題回復(fù)、問題解決跟進(jìn)、建議匯總等；
4、結(jié)合游戲特色，配合運(yùn)營+市場活動(dòng)，協(xié)助游戲進(jìn)行線上活動(dòng)和推廣，提高收入和玩家活躍，對線上\線下活動(dòng)進(jìn)行日常維護(hù)及監(jiān)控；
任職要求：
1、優(yōu)秀的英語聽說讀寫能力；
2、熟悉互聯(lián)網(wǎng)、社交網(wǎng)絡(luò)，如Facebook等網(wǎng)絡(luò)媒體傳播規(guī)律，熱愛在線溝通和分享；?
3、良好的語言以及文字表達(dá)能力，良好的溝通和協(xié)調(diào)能力；?
4、工作認(rèn)真仔細(xì)，態(tài)度積極，責(zé)任心強(qiáng)；
5、喜歡在線游戲，喜歡學(xué)習(xí)新事物，有游戲客服經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先；
6、熟悉游戲類、社區(qū)類網(wǎng)站中的常用名詞、專業(yè)術(shù)語和規(guī)范；
7、英語為母語的外籍人士優(yōu)先考慮，可解決工作簽證，或在英語地區(qū)工作/學(xué)習(xí)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先考慮；
8、能力出眾者可適當(dāng)放寬條件。
