崗位職責(zé)：
1.?面向亞太和歐洲的企業(yè)級(jí)客戶(hù)，與客戶(hù)保持良好的互動(dòng)溝通；
2.?通過(guò)電話(huà)或郵件向客戶(hù)提供產(chǎn)品使用的技術(shù)指導(dǎo)；?解決他們?cè)谑褂卯a(chǎn)品時(shí)遇到的技術(shù)問(wèn)題，必要時(shí)提供遠(yuǎn)程桌面技術(shù)支持。
3.?能夠獨(dú)立應(yīng)付客戶(hù)的突發(fā)狀況或緊急問(wèn)題，做出合理判斷并給出有效解決方案；
4.?整理匯總客戶(hù)遇到的問(wèn)題，為產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計(jì)和研發(fā)提出建議和意見(jiàn)。
任職要求：
1.?重點(diǎn)大學(xué)本科及以上學(xué)歷，專(zhuān)業(yè)不限，但要求有優(yōu)秀的英語(yǔ)/法語(yǔ)/德語(yǔ)聽(tīng)說(shuō)讀寫(xiě)能力，口語(yǔ)要求高；
2.?要求有良好的邏輯思維能力和溝通能力，有較強(qiáng)的責(zé)任心，抗壓能力和團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神；
3.?具有海外留學(xué)背景，有IT相關(guān)背景或?qū)嵙?xí)/工作經(jīng)歷者優(yōu)先考慮；
4.?若為大四或研究生實(shí)習(xí)生，需保證一周五天實(shí)習(xí)，表現(xiàn)出色者畢業(yè)后可轉(zhuǎn)正；
5.?熱衷于軟件使用，客戶(hù)使用案例，最新硬件/軟件技術(shù)和軟件系統(tǒng)
