崗位職責：
1.Be?responsible?for?the?implementation?automation?project?as?the?program?manager.
2.Manages?multiple,?often?concurrent,?projects?and?meets?deadlines.?Responsible?for?the?strict?supervision?of?the?smooth?progress?of?the?project.
3.To?observe?improvement?opportunity?and?to?implement?the?automation?in?factory?to?target?for?better?efficiency?&?cost?saving.
4.Fully?understanding?the?business?needs,?and?has?a?thorough?knowledge?of?specified?customer?(internal?+?external)?and?its?products?requirement?when?developing?a?project?scope.?Incorporates?business?foresight?into?products?development?at?different?stages.
5.Provide?Technique?support?to?the?new?project?development,?including?customer?clearly?products?requirements?identification,?electrical?&?mechanical?design?training?to?team?members.
6.Liaison?between?Customer,?sub-automaton?vendors,?manufacturer?and?other?key?stakeholders?as?needed?to?ensure?all?completeness?and?clarity?of?program?requirements?and?scope.
7.May?develop?and?execute?validation?protocols.?May?influence?validation?strategies.
8.Establishes?and?cultivates?an?extensive?network?of?support?to?facilitate?completion?of?assignments.
9.Carry?out?project?analysis?discussion?meeting,?put?forward?opinions?and?Suggestions.
任職要求：
1.Bachelor?or?above,?Electronic?Engineering?major.
2.At?least?10?years?working?experience,?more?than?5?years?working?of?engineering?management?experience?on?the?automation?development.
3.Excellent?English?and?computer?skills.
4.Good?leadership?and?team?management?ability,?strong?communication?skills,?and?with?strong?sense?of?responsibility.
5.Familiar?with?Solid?work,?Pro?E,?C++,?Lab?view.
