職位概述
MPM是CFT內的物料項目團隊負責人，將通過控制、分析等為不同客戶提供完美的供應鏈服務。同時MPM是項目整體供應鏈的責任人，包括但不限于新機種報價、采購、物料計劃、庫存管理和物料毛利潤等。
??Essential?Responsibilities?and?Duties:?主要工作職責：
a)?Supply?chain?strategy?designing?base?on?customer?Characters
?基于客戶特性的供應鏈策略設計
?b)?Manage?materials?and?control?the?supply?chain?cost?to?meet?company?target;
原材料管理，控制供應鏈成本以達到公司目標
?c)?Screen?proper?purchase?channels?to?fulfill?customer?requirements;
篩選符合客戶要求的渠道
d)?Set?up?supply?chain?for?new?products?with?internal?team?of?sourcing,?engineering?and?etc.
建立新產(chǎn)品的供應鏈，包括內部采購、工程等
e)?Drive?internal?team?to?ensure?a?smooth?quotation?process?and?a?competitive?price
推動內部團隊確保報價過程順利并獲得具有競爭性價格
f)?Monitor,?control?material?cost,?drive?continuous?improvement?on?cost?reduction
監(jiān)控、控制材料成本，推動成本降低的持續(xù)改進
g)?NPI?implements,?Material?related?ECN?or?ECO?implements
新產(chǎn)品、新項目的導入，物料相關ECN或ECO的導入
h)?Manage?EOL?products?and?inventory?disposition?with?customer
EOL產(chǎn)品的管理以及與客戶的庫存配置
i)?Material?liability?definition?of?Excess?and?Obsolete,?regularly?review?and?claim?to?Customer
物料過剩和呆滯責任定義，定期審查和提報給客戶
?Minimum?Qualifications:?任職要求：
A?four-year?college?or?university?degree?or?equivalent?work?experience?is?preferred
四年以上本科或同等學歷工作經(jīng)驗者
5?years?purchase?or?material?planning?experience?in?EMS?enterprises?5年EMS企業(yè)采購或物料計劃相關工作經(jīng)驗
Experience?working?with?ERP?application(s)?
熟悉ERP系統(tǒng)
Project?management?certification?or?equivalent?education?is?preferred
有項目管理證書或同等學歷者優(yōu)先
