?????Training?budget?forecast?and?management.
?????Coordinates?with?HQ?for?staffs’?overseas?training:?provide?training?plan,?schedule,?and?training?content,?follow?up?training?result.??

??Qualifications
?????With?mechatronics,?automation?or?mechanical?engineering?working?or?education?background
?????Good?English?language?skill?both?in?written?and?spoken,?nice?to?have?German?language?skill.
?????Ability?to?instruct/coach?others?on?use?of?products?and?applications.
?????Ability?to?communicate?effectively?with?industry?professionals.
?????Effective?problem?solving?and?trouble?shooting?skills?in?training?course.
