Major?Responsibilities主要職能:
1.?Develop?new?collection?samples?according?to?the?market?trends?and?feedback?from?customers.?根據市場趨勢和客戶需求開發(fā)樣板。
2.?Develop?samples?according?to?the?original?label?provided?by?the?brand,?responsible?for?how?successful?for?the?sample,?passed?rate?and?status.
????根據品牌商資料和公司需要開發(fā)樣板和參數，對于皮標樣板的成功率、A品率和進度負責。
3.?Set?up?the?formulation?process?defining?the?sample?making?process?for?future?production?transf.
????Assist?sales?to?quote?new?products,?for?example?what?kind?of?material,?usage?of?material,?cost?analysis.
??為技轉量產提供產品的生產工藝和參數，確保樣板的相關記錄正確、齊全。配合銷售對所有新產品報價，提供資料如物料清單、材料利用率、成本分析等。
4.?Work?on?ongoing?improvement?of?the?finishing?techniques?and?process?performance,?as?well?as?the?output?performance.
????Develop?and?set?up?new?technical?process,?new?machine,?especially?process?to?save?cost,?operation?and?assist?to?train?the?workers?from?production.?
????對現有技術方法、流程、設備參數、產品的品質改善負責。新設備、新工藝流程的研發(fā)和制定，尤其節(jié)省成本的工藝流程、操作方法等提供書面建議，并協(xié)助技術轉移培訓現場的員工。
5.?Perform?new?leather?testing?to?confirm?the?finishing?performance.?根據皮料成品制定皮標生產工藝。
6.?Support?with?pre-production?samples?and?machine?settings,?according?to?the?developed?project.?根據樣板開發(fā)，支援技術轉移首件制作，機器的參數設定。
7.?Together?with?QA,?focus?on?pre-production?sample?making,?confirm?all?process?and?machine?data.?If?any?problem?when?production,?assist?production?to?solve,?utilization?of?manufacturing,?high?up?efficiency?and?so?on.
??和QA一起，主導量產首件的制作與確定，對于量產訂單相關工藝流程、設備參數確定。生產過程中產品出現品質異常的處理，對于生產現場的成本優(yōu)化如利用率，精益生產如效率等工作處理。
8.?Comply?with?the?requirements?of?the?safety?in?production,?6s?execute.遵守安全生產規(guī)定，相關6S的執(zhí)行。
9.?This?position?related?system?and?responsible,?such?as?environment,?quality,?safety?system,?etc.

Required?Skills任職資格:
1.?Technical?knowledge?and?operating?experience?on?cutting,?stamping,?printing?machine,?QC.?裁斷、烙印、印花機器、檢驗等相關的技術知識，操作經驗。
2.?Technical?knowledge?on?different?finishing?procedures?like,?edge?painting,?stitching,?printing,?splitting?etc.皮標邊緣涂色、繡花、印花、片皮等相關尾段工序技術。
