職位描述（Job Description）

1、選擇合適的供應(yīng)物資，材料，及設(shè)備的廠商，與其配合以確保產(chǎn)品的供應(yīng)及銷(xiāo)售
Locate?vendors?of?materials,?equipment?or?supplies,?and?interview?them?in?order?to?determine?product?availability?and?terms?of?sales
2、與供應(yīng)商確認(rèn)貨期，跟催定單，并協(xié)調(diào)貨物。
Confirm?the?delivery?time?with?vendor,?following?the?PO?and?coordinate?with?the?delivery.
3、發(fā)票的跟催，在當(dāng)月內(nèi)及時(shí)和供應(yīng)商核對(duì)，并請(qǐng)款。
Expedite?the?invoice,?check?the?account?with?the?vendor?and?apply?for?the?payment.
4、熟悉ERP系統(tǒng)，?完成ERP系統(tǒng)中，?定單的錄入。
Be?familiar?with?the?ERP?system,?key?in?the?PO?and?finish?the?order?in?the?system.
5、處理公司內(nèi)部的所有進(jìn)出口貨物。
