郵輪免稅店調(diào)度員?負責協(xié)助管理郵輪上銷售人員的上下船安排，與船東、代理公司溝通處理事務，數(shù)據(jù)分析等，駐點于公司上海分部辦公。
Job?Description:
1.?Respond?timely?and?professionally?to?a?high?volume?of?retail?customer?requests?received?through?email,?telephone,?or?in?person.
2.?Open?parcels?containing?high?value?merchandise,?perform?Quality?Assurance?item?check,?process?Refund?or?Repair?high?value?inventory?transactions,?and?disposition?merchandise?in?accordance?with?company?guidelines.
3.?Communicate?with?cruise?line?partners,?multiple?internal?departments,?vendors,?and?customers,?to?expedite?resolution?to?customer?purchase?issues.
4.?Process?Returns?to?Vendor?or?to?customer?and?all?documentation?associated.
5.?Issue?Certificates?of?Authenticity,?maintain?various?department?tracking?tools?and?provide?customers?with?Returns?status?through?use?of?department?application?tools,?Navision?and?Excel.
6.?Responsible?for?receiving,?shipping,?and?inventory?integrity?of?high?value?inventory?within?the?department.
7.?Any?other?duties?you?may?be?instructed?to?carry?out?by?the?board?of?directors?from?time?to?tome?that?are?reasonable?within?the?scope?of?your?job?position?and?work?capabilities.
