要求：
接受應(yīng)屆本科、碩士畢業(yè)生
1.了解相關(guān)研發(fā)實驗設(shè)備的基礎(chǔ)操作；
2.?熟練掌握基礎(chǔ)化學實驗器材的操作；
3.?熟悉有機化學、無機化學、分析化學等相關(guān)化學基礎(chǔ)知識和實驗室基本常識；
4.?熟練操作Office等辦公軟件和相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)處理軟件等
5.?英語六級水平
Job?Scope
Largely?autonomously?execute?development?assignments?and?tests?under?the?supervision?of?the?group?leader,?in?order?to?contribute?to?the:
1.?Development?or?improvement?of?Metal?Working?Fluids?(MWFs)?in?support?of?the?strategic?plan.
2.?Investigation?and?utilization?of?raw?materials?in?newly?developed?and?existing?MWFs.
3.?Standardize?the?internal?and?external?test?methods?and?also?make?contributions?in?the?development?of?new?testing?techniques.
4.?Resolving?of?customer?related?issues.
5.?Project?work?is?performed?in?cooperation?with?a?variety?of?internal?and?external?contacts.
Key?Responsibility
1.?Choose?suitable?additives?for?oil,?and?confirm?the?process?technology?of?MWFs?；
2.?Timely?develop?new?products?in?accordance?with?market?demands；
3.?Be?capable?of?completing?R&D?of?related?products?independently;
4.?Be?able?to?cooperate?well?with?additive?suppliers,?and?have?a?deep?understanding?of?the?application?of?various?additives;
5.?Can?not?only?develop?the?like?products,?but?also?provide?some?necessary?guidance?for?their?production,?and?solve?the?problems?occurred?in?the?production?successfully;
6.?Be?able?to?use?many?kinds?of?equipment?to?test?and?analyze?the?various?properties?of?lubricate;
