Collect?interview?feedback?from?hiring?manager?to?summarize?on?how?to?improve?sourcing?and?screening?successful?rate
Build?a?recruiting?master?tracking?report?with?guidance?from?line?manager?and?ensure?the?data?is?to?be?updated?timely
Other?tasks?assigned?by?line?manager

??????????????致力于招聘流程,支持人力資源團(tuán)隊(duì)完成招聘計(jì)劃;
根據(jù)招聘需求進(jìn)行日常招聘,搜尋符合要求的簡(jiǎn)歷;
通過(guò)電話面試進(jìn)行初步篩選,挑選合格的候選人,推薦給招聘經(jīng)理經(jīng)行面試;
收集招聘經(jīng)理的面試反饋,總結(jié)如何提高招聘的篩選成功率;
在直屬經(jīng)理的指導(dǎo)下建立招聘跟蹤報(bào)告,并確保數(shù)據(jù)及時(shí)更新;

Job?Requirements
??Undergraduate?or?postgraduate?in?the?last?year?in?university,?technical?major?or?related?is?a?plus
Proficient?in?office?and?other?office?software
At?least?4?days?working?per?week?in?the?company
Positive,?proactive,?patient,?practical,?efficient?and?good?at?communication
English?reading?and?writing?is?a?must,?listening?and?speaking?is?a?plus

????????????本科或研究生在讀,技能業(yè)或相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先
熟練使用office等辦公軟件,
每周保證實(shí)習(xí)4個(gè)工作日及以上
積極、主動(dòng)、耐心、踏實(shí)、高效、善于溝通
????????具備一定的英語(yǔ)讀寫(xiě)能力,聽(tīng)說(shuō)能力較好者優(yōu)先
