??1.1,核實(shí)生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃并跟蹤生產(chǎn)進(jìn)度,實(shí)現(xiàn)計(jì)劃目標(biāo)和按時(shí)交貨
??1.2,建立并維護(hù)與制造相關(guān)的程序,并完全與團(tuán)隊(duì)一起執(zhí)行與制造有關(guān)的程序和工作指導(dǎo)書,以符合質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的要求
??1.3,與團(tuán)隊(duì)一起監(jiān)控新產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)過程,改善生產(chǎn)過程,降低生產(chǎn)成本,提高生產(chǎn)效率
??1.4,管理所有制造資源和活動(dòng)以提供高質(zhì)量的生產(chǎn)并建立注重質(zhì)量的勞動(dòng)力

??7,以客戶,質(zhì)量和結(jié)果為導(dǎo)向
