3、?參與新產(chǎn)品試制、評估，并跟進試制、試產(chǎn)，制定檢驗標準。

4、?組織參與不合格評審，協(xié)助生產(chǎn)、技術制定糾正和預防措施，并跟蹤驗證實施效果；參與處理客戶抱怨或投訴并參與評審解決方案

5、?開展檢驗員檢驗手法培訓及檢驗作業(yè)規(guī)范培訓

6、?與采購部門緊密合作，一旦在采購和進廠過程中出現(xiàn)質(zhì)量問題，與供應商溝通，對不合格品進行分析。
