1. Welcomes?clients?and?visitors?and?directing?them?to?their?place?of?appointment?in?a?professional?manner?(40%)?客戶和訪客接待??;
2. Handles?and?filters?all?incoming?calls?in?professional?manner?(10%)?總機(jī)電話接聽(tīng),過(guò)濾和轉(zhuǎn)接?;
3. Provides?timely?and?high?quality?logistic?services,?like?meeting?room?coordination,?office?&?lab?maintenance,?office?supplies?booking,?assist?supervisor?to?organize?activities?etc.?(30%)提供及時(shí)和高質(zhì)量的后勤服務(wù),例如會(huì)議室協(xié)調(diào),辦公室和實(shí)驗(yàn)室公共設(shè)備設(shè)施維修,辦公用品采購(gòu),協(xié)助主管舉辦活動(dòng)等等;
4. Handles?monthly?payment?of?office?supplies,?maintenance?fee,?cleaning?fee,?shuttle?bus?fee,?etc?(15%)?負(fù)責(zé)核對(duì)和結(jié)算每月辦公用品,維修費(fèi)用,清潔費(fèi)用,班車費(fèi)用等等;
5. Performs?ad-hoc?assignments?as?required?(5%)根據(jù)需要完成其他交代的任務(wù)。
