負(fù)責(zé)整個工廠的生產(chǎn)工藝管理并協(xié)助上級完成生產(chǎn)相關(guān)的工作。包括但不限于以下內(nèi)容：
1.?負(fù)責(zé)現(xiàn)場工藝調(diào)整/及工藝優(yōu)化，產(chǎn)品效率的提升，以及簡單數(shù)據(jù)匯總分析及問題解決。
2.?確保所有生產(chǎn)管理過程符合公司安全及環(huán)境管理的要求。
3.?負(fù)責(zé)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的持續(xù)改進(jìn)，跟進(jìn)/實施合理化建議。
4.?負(fù)責(zé)工廠人員培訓(xùn)工作，當(dāng)上級休假時，協(xié)助上級做好生產(chǎn)團(tuán)隊的管理。

1.Develop?and?maintain?work?procedures?and?SOP.?To?make?sure?the?compliance?with?plant?housekeeping,?safety,?health?and?environmental?requirements,?ISO9001/ISO14000?quality?system?and?follow?them?completely.
制作和維護(hù)生產(chǎn)作業(yè)程序和工藝指導(dǎo)書。確保整個生產(chǎn)過程滿足公司SHEQ,QMS及公司其它管理要求，并認(rèn)真嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行到崗位。
2.Troubleshoot?problem?of?process?and?equipment,?continuously?improve?production?productivity?and?quality?with?lowest?manufacturing?cost.
快速解決工藝及設(shè)備問題，持續(xù)提高生產(chǎn)效率，確保產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量，降低生產(chǎn)成本。
3.Handle?the?internal?and?external?customer?complain?and?find?out?the?reason?behind,?to?draw?up?the?corrective?/preventive?actions.
處理有關(guān)內(nèi)部以及外部客戶投訴的原因查找，制訂糾正預(yù)防措施。
4.Responsible?for?the?process?adjustment/optimization,?efficiency?improvement,?handling?unqualified?product,?scrap?reduction.
負(fù)責(zé)對現(xiàn)場工藝調(diào)整及優(yōu)化，提高生產(chǎn)效率；降低廢品率.
5.Responsible?for?the?employee?training?job?which?including?new?employees,?chief?operator,?regular?annual/quarterly?training?plan?and?others,?etc.?Make?sure?the?related?people?to?meet?the?corresponding?position?skills?with?plant?requirement.
負(fù)責(zé)人員的培訓(xùn)工作，包括新員工，主操,?年度/季度培訓(xùn)計劃，以及其他。確保生產(chǎn)及人才能滿足公司業(yè)務(wù)的需要。
6.Manage?BOM?job?including?creating?and?revising?job?in?QAD?system.
管理BOM的創(chuàng)建及修改工作，并按要求完成QAD操作。
7.Collect?and?analysis?the?daily?production?data?that?give?the?suggestion?to?direct?reporter.
收集并分析日常生產(chǎn)報表，分析運(yùn)用數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行改善，并提供相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)。
8.Other?works?arrangement?by?the?immediate?manager.
部門領(lǐng)導(dǎo)安排的其它工作。
Qualifications?and?Requirements任職要求
1.?College?or?above,?major?in?engineering?or?material?;
大專及以上，工程或材料相關(guān)專業(yè)；
2.?3?to?7?years?of?relevant?production?management?experience;?Blow?molding,?injection?molding,?extrusion,?or?packaging?process?experience?is?preferable
3-7年生產(chǎn)、工藝技術(shù)經(jīng)驗；吹塑、注塑、擠出或是包裝工藝管理經(jīng)歷更佳。
3.?Had?the?team?management?experience；
有過團(tuán)隊管理經(jīng)驗?。
4.?Confident?communicator?in?both?spoken?and?written?English?and?Mandarin.
能夠進(jìn)行中英文的日常溝通。
5.?Self-motivated?and?pro-active?with?a?strong?sense?of?commitment.
