職位描述:
1.作為室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)師，應(yīng)協(xié)助總經(jīng)理，負(fù)責(zé)學(xué)習(xí)并貫徹執(zhí)行rkd?retail/iQ的規(guī)劃與設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目程序。
2.與總經(jīng)理協(xié)調(diào)溝通，理解工作任務(wù)，性質(zhì)，目的，項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度及客戶/項(xiàng)目交付品，并跟進(jìn)執(zhí)行完成。
3.與相應(yīng)客戶及rkd?retail/iQ總部協(xié)調(diào)溝通
4.有獨(dú)立完成項(xiàng)目的能力，有團(tuán)隊(duì)精神
5.對(duì)材料熟悉，協(xié)助尋找材料，維護(hù)材料庫(kù)
任職資格:
1.?至少2年的室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，零售、精品超市、大型專賣店工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先
2.?必須有熟練及良好的手繪、繪圖能力
3.?熟練操作電腦設(shè)計(jì)軟件
4.?英語(yǔ)聽說讀寫能力佳，中文流利者優(yōu)先考慮
5.?善于思考，創(chuàng)新，有潛力；能夠未雨綢繆，能在項(xiàng)目時(shí)間進(jìn)度的壓力下保持冷靜。
6.?為人必須可靠，誠(chéng)信，踏實(shí)。

Qualifications
1. At?least?2?years?of?interior?experience;?retail,?boutique?supermarket,?large?monopoly?of?work?experience?is?preferred.
2. Good?sketching?and?drawing?skills.
3. Solid?computer?skills?of?design?programs.
4. Ability?to?read,?write?and?speak?English?in?addition?to?perfect?Chinese，which?is?preferable.
5. Good?thinker,?smart?and?have?potential;?must?be?able?to?plan?ahead?and?calm?under?deadline?pressure.
6. Must?be?absolutely?trustworthy.
7. University?graduate?and?Chinese?national
Job?Description
As?Senior?Interior?Designer?and?Assistant?to?the?GM?this?candidate?will?be?responsible?for?the?learning?and?implementing?the?planning?and?design?procedures?of?rkd?retail/iQ.
1.Coordinating?with?the?GM?to?understand?the?assignment,?parameters,?objectives,?procedures?schedules?and?deliverables?of?the?client/project?and?then?following?through?to?completion.
2.Direct?communication?with?appropriate?client?contacts?and?head?office?of?rkd?retail/iQ.
3.Assist?to?source?and?maintain?color?&?material?and?resource?catalog?libraries.
