1.Analyzes?and?resolves?problems?on?computer?applications?and?systems；

2.Evaluates?existing?computer?systems?hardware,?and?performs?system?upgrades,?based?on?end?user?requirements;?installs,?integrates,?customizes,?configures,?and?tests?new?systems?and?hardware;?resolves?configuration?conflicts?and?errors；
?以用戶需求為基礎，評估現有計算機系統(tǒng)的硬件，升級運行系統(tǒng)；安裝、整合、定制、配置以及測試新系統(tǒng)和硬件；解決配置中的沖突和錯誤。
3.Performs?routine,?day-to-day?hardware?and?software?maintenance?as?assigned,?and?assists?in?proper?upkeep?and?utilization?of?systems；
?合理的維護和利用系統(tǒng)來完成日常布置的硬件和軟件的維護和協(xié)助。
