1.5 負(fù)責(zé)公司的消防安全。制定消防措施、定期組織消防安全培訓(xùn)，檢查并確保各類消防設(shè)施的可靠性/?Responsible?for?fire?safety.?Formulate?fire?protection?measures,?organize?regular?fire?safety?training,?inspect?and?ensure?the?reliability?of?the?various?types?of?fire-fighting?facilities;
1.6 組織推進排污總量控制制度、清潔生產(chǎn)制度。協(xié)助相關(guān)政府部門監(jiān)督和評估公司各項環(huán)保措施的有效性及污染物達標(biāo)排放情況/?Organize?and?promote?programs?of?control?the?total?volume?of?pollutant?and?clean?production?system.?Assist?the?relevant?government?department?in?supervising?and?evaluating?the?effectiveness?of?environment?protection?measures?and?situation?of?the?emissions?of?pollutants;

1.8 負(fù)責(zé)公司內(nèi)部的安全保護。代表公司和上海市保安服務(wù)化學(xué)工業(yè)區(qū)有限公司對口聯(lián)系，制定并安排廠區(qū)的門衛(wèi)及巡邏安檢措施/?Responsible?for?internal?security.?Contact?with?Shanghai?SCIP?security?company?,?develop?patrol?security?measures?and?arrange?factory?guards;
2. 在公司新建投資項目實施的過程中/?In?the?process?of?new?investment?project?implementation
2.1 建立工程項目的HSE管理體系，并對項目實施公司HSE管理體系的符合性和有效性進行監(jiān)督，確保公司的HSE管理要求在本項目的各個階段得到貫徹實施/?Establish?HSE?management?system?of?the?project,?supervise?conformity?and?effectiveness?of?the?project?company’s?HSE?management?system?and?ensure?the?company's?HSE?management?requirements?carrying?out?and?implementing?in?various?stages;
2.2 在HSE方面提供工程承包商及分包商的選擇標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。參與選擇施工承包商，在HSE管理方面對潛在的施工承包商做評價；并監(jiān)督承包商的經(jīng)營活動使之符合HSE要求/?Provide?selection?criteria?for?contractors?and?subcontractors?on?HSE?sides.?Participate?in?selecting?construction?contractors,?make?evaluations?to?potential?contractors?and?supervise?contractors’?business?activities?according?with?HSE?requirement;
2.3 負(fù)責(zé)與政府安全監(jiān)督部門、工程承包商的安全管理部門、監(jiān)理單位的HSE管理人員對口聯(lián)絡(luò)/?Contact?with?HSE?staff?members?of?the?government?safety?department?responsible?for?supervision,?engineering?contractor?safety?management?department?and?supervision?unit;
2.4 負(fù)責(zé)組織、協(xié)調(diào)和參加(監(jiān)理單位組織的)各類HSE檢查及評審等，并及時組織相關(guān)人員處理檢查中發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題/?Responsible?for?organize,?coordinate?and?participate?in?varieties?of?HSE?inspection?and?evaluation,?solve?out?the?problems?found?in?inspection;
2.5 協(xié)助設(shè)計單位編制安評和環(huán)評報告書，以及可研報告書中與HSE相關(guān)的內(nèi)容；協(xié)助安排并代表公司參加與上述報告書相關(guān)的各類評審會/?Assist?design?organization?in?drawing?up?safety?evaluation?and?EIA?report,?feasibility?report?and?other?related?contents;?arrange?and?take?part?in?the?varieties?review?meeting;
2.6 協(xié)助項目經(jīng)理確定項目的HSE管理目標(biāo)，編制HSE應(yīng)急預(yù)案及各項管理規(guī)定/?Assist?project?manager?to?develop?HSE?objectives?of?the?project?and?work?out?HSE?contingency?plans?and?regulations;
2.7 審查施工承包商的HSE報表/?Examine?HSE?report?of?contractor;
2.8 負(fù)責(zé)編制公司自身的工程項目HSE報告和HSE最終工作總結(jié)/?Responsible?for?the?preparation?of?HSE?report?of?company's?project?and?the?HSE?final?summary.
2.9 按照HSE管理規(guī)定對施工現(xiàn)場實施有效的管理/?In?accordance?with?HSE?management?regulations,?implement?effective?management?of?construction?site;
2.10 協(xié)助組織事故調(diào)查處理工作，組織制定整改措施/?Assist?in?accident?investigation?and?develop??corrective?measures;
2.11 發(fā)現(xiàn)項目有不安全的緊急情況時，有權(quán)責(zé)令局部或全部停工，并立即通知各相關(guān)方采取措施，同時報告項目經(jīng)理/?When?finding?unsafe?critical?situation?in?project,?he/?she?has?right?to?order?to?work?stoppage?and?inform?interested?party?to?take?actions?and?report?to?project?manager;
2.12 負(fù)責(zé)組織培訓(xùn)施工現(xiàn)場項目管理人員、作業(yè)人員，發(fā)放現(xiàn)場通行證/?Organize?training?to?managers?and?operating?persons?on?construction?site;
2.13 組織檢查進入施工現(xiàn)場的施工機具，檢查合格后，發(fā)放準(zhǔn)用證/?Check?the?construction?equipments?into?site?of?construction,
2.14 負(fù)責(zé)處理安全事故（或未遂事故），并將事故報告報送公司總經(jīng)理及項目經(jīng)理/?Responsible?for?handling?incidents?(or?uncompleted?incidents)?and?submit?the?report?to?GM?or?project?manager.
