- On?a?regular?basis,?review?and?update?the?main?Operations?processes?(SOP?and?WI?etc.),?including,?but?not?limited?to?Production,?Engineering,?Warehouse,?and?Facility?etc.
定期回顧并更新營運部門主要的流程(SOP和WI),包括但不僅限于生產(chǎn),工程,倉庫和廠房維護等。
- Organize?the?annual?training?of?the?department?key?processes?(SOP?and?WI?etc.)?to?the?shop-floor?and?ensure?all?the?operation?units?live?with?the?processes.
組織安排部門的年度關鍵流程(SOP和WI)培訓,確保關鍵流程被有效地執(zhí)行。
2.?Data?management?and?analysis?數(shù)據(jù)管理和分析
- Department?KPI?data?collection?and?analysis,?including?Safety,?Quality,?Efficiency?and?Waste?KPIs.
部門KPI數(shù)據(jù)收集和分析,包含安全,質(zhì)量,效率和損耗等指標。
- Provide?data?analysis?for?improvement?activities?(such?as?CI?activities,?maintenance,?spare?parts?management,?etc.)
為營運部門的提高改善活動提供數(shù)據(jù)的支持,例如CI活動,維護維修活動,備件管理等。
- Routinely?review?and?update?production?working?documents?to?optimize?the?data?collection?and?analysis,?ensuring?its?effectiveness?and?efficiency?for?both?the?shop-floor?and?management?team.
定期回顧和更新生產(chǎn)工作文件以優(yōu)化數(shù)據(jù)的收集和分析,同時確保數(shù)據(jù)收集的有效性和時效性。
- Provide?data?analysis?for?strategic?decision?making,?i.e.?CapEx,?NPD?etc.
為戰(zhàn)略性決定提供數(shù)據(jù)的支持,包括固定資產(chǎn)投資,新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)等。
3.?Miscellaneous?and?supporting?activities?輔助和支持活動
- Support?the?department?strategic?projects,?such?as?TPM,?5S,?VM/FI
支持部門戰(zhàn)略性項目,比如TPM,5S,可視化管理和集中改進等。
- Support?the?department?cost?analysis?and?actions?follow?up,?i.e.?spare?parts,?maintenance?cost,?OT,?etc.
支持部門費用的分析和改進改進措施,包含備件費用,維修費用,加班費用等的控制。
- Support?shift?management?activities?as?Acting?Shift?Manager?when?needed.
在需要時,作為代理翻班經(jīng)理行使班組管理職責。
- Finish?other?tasks?assigned?by?Operations?Management?team.
完成營運部門管理團隊安排的其它任務。
Education/?Experiences?教育/經(jīng)驗
? University?degree?and?above,??Master?is?a?plus
大學本科及以上學歷,碩士優(yōu)先。
? ?Minimum?2?years’?experience?in?(prefer)?Manufacturing?/?Engineering?in?FMCG?((or?pharmaceutical)?industry
至少2年以上快消行業(yè)(優(yōu)先)生產(chǎn)或工程的從業(yè)經(jīng)驗(或者制藥業(yè)行業(yè))
