【工作職責(zé)】
1. 負(fù)責(zé)收集和確保適當(dāng)?shù)念A(yù)先設(shè)定和收集目標(biāo)在一個(gè)賬戶組合中實(shí)現(xiàn),通常涉及更高級(jí)客戶更復(fù)雜的收集問(wèn)題
2. 對(duì)信用風(fēng)險(xiǎn)有廣泛的了解,并對(duì)潛在風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行升級(jí)并提供緩解措施
3. 包括建立和維持客戶關(guān)系(包括旅行),包括過(guò)去到期的發(fā)票、付款趨勢(shì)、有爭(zhēng)議發(fā)票的解決以及與過(guò)去到期應(yīng)收款有關(guān)的其他事項(xiàng)
4. -準(zhǔn)備和協(xié)調(diào)現(xiàn)金呼叫和每周與業(yè)務(wù)團(tuán)隊(duì)和其他跨部門(mén)的MOS電話,以得到A/R過(guò)期的付款發(fā)票
5. 接手與各種業(yè)務(wù)領(lǐng)域有關(guān)的多種職能領(lǐng)域的客戶糾紛,發(fā)票副本,交貨證明,合同/?PO問(wèn)題等
6. 提高信用控制體系和流程。確保信用控制流程和程序符合公司的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和政策
7. 協(xié)助管理層完成新員工的特殊任務(wù)和培訓(xùn)。指導(dǎo)業(yè)務(wù)開(kāi)展以提高內(nèi)部和外部客戶的滿意度。鼓勵(lì)、提高和參與自身信貸能力的提高以適應(yīng)不斷變化的商業(yè)環(huán)境
-?Be?responsible?for?collections?and?ensure?preset?past?due?and?collection?targets?are?achieved?on?a?portfolio?of?accounts?typically?involving?higher?profile?customers?with?more?complex?collection?issues.
-?Have?extensive?knowledge?of?credit?risk,?and?escalate?potential?risks?and?recommend?mitigation?measures.
-?Activity?include?establishing?and?maintaining?contact?with?customers?(may?include?travel)?concerning?past?due?invoices,?payment?trends,?resolution?of?disputed?invoices,?and?other?matters?related?to?past?due?receivables.
-?Prepare?and?coordinate?the?efforts?around?the?cash?call?and?weekly?MOS?call?with?business?team?and?other?cross?functions?to?get?A/R?overdue?invoices?paid.
-?Interfaces?with?a?variety?of?functional?areas?at?various?business?sites?related?to?customer?disputes,?invoice?copies,?proof?of?delivery,?contract/PO?issues,?etc.
-?Improve?credit?control?system?and?processes.?Ensure?credit?control?processes?and?procedures?are?in?compliance?with?the?company?standards?and?policies.
-?Assist?management?with?special?assignments?and?training?of?new?employees.?Conducts?business?in?a?manner?that?promotes?both?internal?and?external?customer?satisfaction.?Encourages,?promotes?and?participates?in?the?individual?development?of?the?core?credit?competencies?required?of?a?changing?business?environment.
【職位要求】
1. 財(cái)務(wù)/會(huì)計(jì)/工商管理學(xué)士學(xué)位
2. 3-5年信貸,收集,現(xiàn)金服務(wù)或會(huì)計(jì)方面的經(jīng)驗(yàn)(具有航空航天行業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)和信貸經(jīng)驗(yàn)者為佳)
3. 了解會(huì)計(jì)原則,信貸和收款政策和程序,以及信貸風(fēng)險(xiǎn)
4. 英語(yǔ)聽(tīng)說(shuō)讀寫(xiě)流利
5. 熟悉SAP系統(tǒng),較強(qiáng)的電腦操作能力,包括excel,Word,PowerPoint,Outlook等
6. 具備出色的口頭、書(shū)面和演講技巧,能熟練、自信、有道德地與內(nèi)部和外部客戶溝通
7. 具有成熟、高水平的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神和機(jī)敏的對(duì)于各層次組織客戶的判斷力
8. 注重結(jié)果,注重細(xì)節(jié),積極主動(dòng),有良好的溝通能力和處理多項(xiàng)任務(wù)的能力
9. 較強(qiáng)的解決問(wèn)題、人際關(guān)系和財(cái)務(wù)分析能力
10. 能在壓力下工作
