工作職責:1、實施尋訪計劃,進行相關候選人資料的收集、分類、整理;Use?social?media,?job?boards,?Internet?sourcing,?and?other?technical?means?to?source?candidates?for?open?jobs.2、根據(jù)招聘需求和崗位要求進行職位發(fā)布,管理招聘流程,完成簡歷篩選,并組織安排面試,以及與候選人商談公司薪酬待遇等;Identify?and?source?appropriate?talent?for?current?open?roles?within?the?organization;?Manage?the?recruitment?process?and?life-cycle,?including?initial?assessments,?interviews,?and?offers;?Counsel?the?candidate?on?corporate?benefits,?salary,?and?corporate?environment.3、招聘資源的管理與發(fā)展;招聘渠道的拓展與維護;人才庫的建立與維護;Manage?and?guide?development?of?corporate?employment?resource;?Develop?recruitment?strategy.?This?may?include?job?posting?optimization,?recruiting?marketing?channel?development,?job?board?procurement,?digital?and?non-digital?employment?marketing,?comprehensive?recruitment?campaign?planning,?talent?planning,?etc…;?Develop?talent?pool?or?social?engagements.4、負責同公司其他部門人員溝通、協(xié)調各項與招聘工作相關的事宜,保證每個招聘需求按時、按質的完成.Work?with?internal?teams?and?managers?to?assist?with?recruitment?efforts;?Assist?with?both?external?and?internal?hiring?efforts?(internal?recruitment?meaning?assessment?of?employees?for?different?or?more?senior?roles.).5、在主管的指導下聯(lián)系目標潛在的人才,建立廣泛的人脈關系搜集深入的行業(yè)信息;Identify?future?talent?needs?and?proactively?recruiting?and?sourcing;?Develop?relationships?with?third?party?recruitment?agencies?and?staffing?firms?and?manage?the?procurement?and?measurement?process.6、建立并發(fā)展大學招聘計劃,參加招聘會等招聘活動;Develop?college?recruiting?programs?and?participate?in?employment?events,?such?as?career?fairs.7、公司臨時安排的其它工作。Other?provisional?work?related.任職要求:1、本科及以上學歷,人力資源或者管理學相關專業(yè)優(yōu)先;?Bachelor?or?above,?major?in?Human?Resources?or?Management?Preferred?.2、具有1?年及以上招聘相關的工作經(jīng)驗,具有國際教育機構工作經(jīng)驗的優(yōu)先考慮;One-year?working?experience?in?education?industry?preferred.3、具備較強的溝通協(xié)調、時間管理、抗壓能力;Good?ability?in?communication,?coordinator,?time?management.4、具備較好的英文閱讀、聽說和讀寫能力;Good?English?skills?in?reading,?writing?and?speaking.
