Primary?Objective?of?Position?(General?Statement):
Assist?in?the?enforcement?and?implementation?of?the?safety,?health?and?environmental?policies?as?well?as?procedures?stipulated?by?the?organization?and?local?government.??Assist?in?establishing?of?the?EHS?management?system.??Improves?the?safety?management?level?and?eliminates?on-site?hazards.
Key?Job?Responsibilites:
Learn,?understand?and?implement?the?prescribed?EHS?policies,?procedures?and?standards?of?the?organization?and?local?government.
Compile?safety?policies?and?procedures,?assist?the?manager?to?establish?and?develop?organization’s?safety,?health?and?environmental?management?system.
Be?responsible?for?investigation?of?accidents?and?injuries?to?minimize?recurrence,?and?the?environment?tests?with?regard?to?air,?water,?noise,?etc.
Assist?in?safety?and?first?aid?training?to?educate?all?employees?about?safety?policies,?laws?and?practices.
Tour?Company?to?inspect?safety?equipment,?to?identify?and?correct?potential?hazards,?and?to?ensure?the?compliance?with?pertinent?safety?rules?and?regulations.??Recommend?changes?in?policies?and?procedures?to?prevent?accidents?and?illnesses.
Review?all?departmental?reports?with?regard?to?environmental?safety?and?health.
Prepare?for?the?required?certification?audit?and?annual?inspection?made?by?relevant?local?government?regulatory?setups.
Confer?with?government,?community,?industrial,?civil?defense,?and?private?organizations?to?interpret?and?promote?environmental?safety?and?health?programs.

Experience:
2+?years?experience?in?Safety?management?in?manufacturing?company
Education/Training:
College?or?University?degree?in?EHS?or?engineering?is?preferred
National?EHS?Engineer?qualification?is?preferred
ISO14001?ISO18001?Internal?Auditor?qualification?are?preferred
Over?intermediate?English?level?(both?written?and?spoken)?and?common?computer?skills?(MS?Office)
