Responsibilities職責(zé)
Assist?in?the?formulating?and?planning?of?acquisition,?development?&?divestment?strategies;協(xié)助制定和規(guī)劃收購(gòu)、開(kāi)發(fā)和退出策略
Assist?to?source?and?identify?suitable?investment?opportunities?and?analyse?real?estate?opportunities?and?proposals協(xié)助尋找和明確合適的投資機(jī)會(huì)，分析不動(dòng)產(chǎn)投資機(jī)會(huì)
Evaluate?and?structure?real?estate?deals評(píng)估和建立交易結(jié)構(gòu)
Perform?financial?analyses,?structuring?and?feasibility?studies?entailing?cash-flow?analysis?and?yield?projections;執(zhí)行財(cái)務(wù)分析、構(gòu)建交易結(jié)構(gòu)以及可行性研究，這需要涉及現(xiàn)金流分析和回報(bào)預(yù)測(cè)方面;
Prepare?recommendation?reports?for?proposed?acquisitions/divestments;為資產(chǎn)收購(gòu)/退出提供建議報(bào)告
Conduct?market?research,?info?collection,?collation?and?analysis?of?property?market?performance?and?prepare?the?market?reports;進(jìn)行市場(chǎng)調(diào)研,信息收集、整理和分析,房地產(chǎn)市場(chǎng)表現(xiàn)和準(zhǔn)備市場(chǎng)報(bào)告;
Requirements要求:
Good?Degree?in?Business,?Finance?or?Real?Estate,?preferably?with?CFA?qualification.具有商業(yè)，金額或房地產(chǎn)相關(guān)學(xué)位，持CFA資質(zhì)者為佳
Minimum?2?years?related?experience?in?the?real?estate?industry?with?a?good?understanding?of?property?investment.至少2年房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)投資相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),?且較為了解房地產(chǎn)投資
Prior?experience?in?property?fund?or?asset?management?will?be?an?advantage有房地產(chǎn)基金或資產(chǎn)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先考慮
Possess?astute?marketing?abilities,?strong?business?acumen,?excellent?communication?skills?and?ability?to?multi-task擁有精明的營(yíng)銷(xiāo)能力、極強(qiáng)的商業(yè)敏感,優(yōu)秀的溝通技巧和應(yīng)付多重任務(wù)的能力
