任職資格
a)1年以上工作經(jīng)驗,有呼叫中心、銷售、客服管理經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先;
b)熟悉質(zhì)檢管理和團隊培訓;
c)了解境外信用卡交易知識優(yōu)先;
d)優(yōu)秀的英語書面和口頭表達能力,溝通能力強;
e)該崗位需要上通宵夜班。
