Scope?of?Responsibility?(崗位職責(zé)):
? Management?reporting：?Analysing?monthly?financial?result?(comparison?with?previous?year?and?planning);?Reports?on?DSO,?Stock?turn?development?in?all?locations,?Customer?credit?report?on?a?monthly?basis
? KPI?calculation?per?each?location?for?management?performance?evaluation
? Co-ordination?with?the?insurance?broker?on?insurance?policy?renewal,?support?the?subsidiaries?for?insurance?claim?
? Liaison?work?for?collecting?relevant?internal?reports/?information?from?subsidiaries
? Monitor?subsidiaries?fund?situation?on?a?weekly?basis
? Coordinate?with?the?subsidiaries?for?relevant?legal?procedures??on?the?changes?ofAoA,?Board?members,?capital?increase,?business?scope,etc.,?and?follow?up?the?relevant?issues?
? Assist?CFO?on?daily?management?work??
? Ad?hoc?tasks?assigned?by?CFO
Requirements?(任職資格要求):
? Very?good?communication?skill,?both?in?English?and?Chinese
? Strong?analytical?skill
? 5+?years?of?working?experience,?experience?with?management?accounting/?reporting
? Bachelor’s?Degree?with?a?major?in?Accounting?/Economy?
? Self-manage?and?strong?organizational?skill
? Manufacturing?background?required,?experience?with?a?multi-national?company
? Familiar?with?IFRS?is?preferable
? Familiar?with?Microsoft?Office?tools,?very?good?at?using?excel
? Experienced?with?ERP?system?is?an?advantage
