c)?????Arrange?to?prepare?materials?for?spare?parts?PO?and?product?PO?in?time.?安排及時準備配件訂單及機器訂單物料。
d)?????Offer?the?stock?information?to?whoever?need?it.?給需要的人提供庫存信息。
e)?????Do?sales?based?on?packing?slip?and?dispense?based?on?financing?dept.?requirement?in?ERP.?在ERP中做銷售以及財務要求的耗用。
f)??????Arrange?warehouse?keeper?to?use?the?stock?based?on?ECO?and?SCO.根據(jù)ECO和BCO安排庫管員正確使用物料。
g)?????Analysis?the?dead?stock?and?submit?write?off?report?based?on?ECO?to?ensure?the?stock?is?available.分析呆滯庫存，根據(jù)ECO提報廢申請已保證庫存的有效性。
h)?????Train?and?instruct?workers?to?improve?work?quality.培訓并指導員工改善工作質量。
i)???????Make?sure?we?can?use?warehouse?space?efficiently?and?professional.需要確保有效和專業(yè)的利用使用倉庫空間。
j)???????Others?that?Operation?Manager?arranged.?運營經(jīng)理安排的其他工作。
2.????Qualifications?個人資質：
a)?????College?or?above?it.大專及大專以上學歷
b)?????Familiar?to?computer?and?ERP.?Good?writing?English?and?can?communicate?in?English.?熟悉ERP及電腦操作。有良好的書面英語能力已及能夠用英語進行溝通的能力。
c)?????Have?basic?accounting?knowledge?is?preferred.?有基本的財務知識優(yōu)先。
d)?????Can?manager?a?team?as?a?team?leader?&?team?cooperation?spirit.?具有領導團隊的能力及團隊合作精神。
