建筑設(shè)計師?崗位職責:
管理并協(xié)調(diào)項目小組,按時保質(zhì)地完成項目，負責監(jiān)督項目的時間及預算。?把甲方要求和意圖轉(zhuǎn)化為可實施的設(shè)計解決方案，最后匯報，向設(shè)計總監(jiān)匯報。
任職資格:
1.建筑學本科或碩士以上；
2.中英文書寫和口語必須熟練，外籍設(shè)計師懂中文的優(yōu)先。
3.至少5年的設(shè)計行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗，2年在中國工作經(jīng)驗，尤其是在零售業(yè)等商業(yè)設(shè)計領(lǐng)域。
4.能熟練使用AutoCad,?3D?Max/Maya/Rhino,?SketchUp,?Photoshop,InDesign,?Office(Microsoft?Word?and?Excel?etc)等軟件。
5.?熟悉中國和本地建筑相關(guān)要求、法規(guī)和標準等。
6.擅長并有能力進行概念設(shè)計，能帶領(lǐng)團隊從初步設(shè)計到深化設(shè)計階段工作；具備項目交流、合作和客戶協(xié)調(diào)的經(jīng)驗；?能熱心的輔導年輕的設(shè)計師。
7.對項目每天進度、時間安排、預算、設(shè)計和溝通進行管理。能同時設(shè)計管理多個項目并在規(guī)定時間內(nèi)完成任務。
8.外籍設(shè)計師需了解中國客戶的思考習慣及要求；對中國文化及傳統(tǒng)觀念有濃厚的興趣;中方設(shè)計師需對國際建筑發(fā)展趨勢及理論熟悉。
9.有出差的要求。

7.?Confident?in?leading?a?project?team?on?daily?basis?and?manage?project?time?schedule?including?budget,?costs,?design?and?communication.?Manage?(multiple?if?need)?projects?and?tasks?at?the?same?time?within?deadlines.
8.?Foreign?architects?need?to?be?enthusiastic?about?Chinese?culture?and?traditions.?Chinese?architects?need?to?be?well?informed?of?latest?international?architectural?developments.
