Responsibilities:
1.?提供Helpdesk技術支持、解決桌面端問題(各類軟件使用、網(wǎng)絡及軟硬件問題處理)
Helpdesk?support?for?end-users?to?tackle?computer?problems?including?software/application,?networking?and?hardware.
2.?SQL?數(shù)據(jù)庫管理維護
SQL?database?management?and?maintenance
3.?負責業(yè)務系統(tǒng)日常的運行、維護、管理、確保應用系統(tǒng)的安全、穩(wěn)定、有效運行;
Maintenance?and?monitor?the?process,?management?and?operation?of?company?business?system,?in?order?to?ensure?the?security,?stability?and?efficiency?of?company?business?system
4.?負責門店電腦網(wǎng)絡的安裝、pos機的安裝、維護,確保網(wǎng)絡暢通。
Installation?of?boutique?computer?system?including?networking,?POS?system?and?so?forth.
5.?為門店提供系統(tǒng)使用的技術支持,培訓與咨詢。
Technical?support?and?maintenance?for?boutiques?on?helpdesk,?training?and?consultation.
Qualification
1.?熟悉奢侈品行業(yè)的相關流程和業(yè)務特性;
Good?knowledge?on?related?processes?and?business?feature?of?luxury
2.?良好的溝通、培訓技能,?演示技巧和人際交往能力;
Good?training?and?presentation?communication?skills.?Good?at?cross-department?and?people?interactions
3.?良好的分析思維能力和解決問題的能力,良好的學習能力;
