The?Industrialisation?Manager?works?under?supervision?of?BDRT?HE?Production?Director?and?his/her?duties?consist?of?the?following?activities:
? Design?the?production?line?of?wall?hung?boilers?and?sub-assembly?work?stations?according?principles?of?Lean?Manufacturing
? Performing?risk?assessment?and?risk?prevention?(Process?FMEA)?during?the?development?of?the?production?line?concepts?
? Project?manage?the?realisation?of?the?production?line?and?or?sub-assembly?work?stations
? Performing?time-studies?in?order?to?set?standard?labour?times?per?work?station,?creating?the?Bill?of?Labour?(B.O.L)
? Investigate?opportunities?to?improve?the?Quality,?Delivery?and?Cost?of?the?manufacturing?/?production?process.
? Perform?initial?training?to?operators?/?production?engineers?and?line-leaders.
? Seek?for?competences?(internal?and?external)?that?are?required?to?design?and?implement?production?line?and?work?place?concepts.?
? Applies?project?management?and?engineering?principles,?develop?project?schedules?and?reports?on?the?progress?and?project?risks.?
? Interprets?and?translate?production?concepts?into?test?specifications?that?can?be?measured?and?tested.
? Is?able?to?perform?(advanced)?problem?solving
? To?ensure?a?well-managed?production?process,?together?with?the?Production?Manager?and?under?the?final?responsibility?of?the?Production?Director
? Set?a?good?example?as?a?professional?leader?to?any?direct?reports?and/or?non-hierarchical?members?of?the?production?department
