Major?Responsibilities:
1.?Answering?questions?and?queries?about?the?school?over?the?phone?or?by?email.
2.?Present?the?school?to?prospective?students?and?parents?during?school?tours.
3.?Screening?applications?to?ensure?all?entry?requirements?are?met.?Arranging?interviews?and?tests?with?faculty.
4.?Ensure?all?student?enquiry?and?enrollment?data?is?updated?in?school?system.
5.?Supporting?various?information?sessions,?open?days,?orientation?events?and?education?fairs?with?Marketing?Department.
Requirements?and?Qualifications:
1.?Bachelor?degree?or?above.
2.?Minimum?5?years?of?working?experience.
3.?Strong?interpersonal?and?communication?skills.
4.?Self-motivated?individual,?Organized?with?great?teamwork?and?record?keeping?skills.
5.?Native?English?speaker,?excellent?command?of?English,?both?written?and?spoken.?A?working?knowledge?of?Mandarin?an?advantage.
6.?Working?knowledge?of?Microsoft?Office,?notably?Outlook?and?Word.
