崗位職責(zé)描述?Description?of?Job?Responsibility:?管理工廠(chǎng)的定單，包括下單，定單修改，嘜頭確認(rèn)，貼紙打印等Manage?factory?purchase?orders?including?PO?placement?and?revision,?shipping?mark?approval?and?carton?label?printing,?etc.?管理工廠(chǎng)的銀行信息，申請(qǐng)貨款，付款追蹤Manage?factory?banking?information,?Billing?and?payment?tracking?緊密與工廠(chǎng)和公司產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)部/QC部同事聯(lián)系，追蹤定單的進(jìn)度以確保按時(shí)交貨。監(jiān)督工廠(chǎng)及時(shí)定倉(cāng)并在收到QC檢驗(yàn)報(bào)告后確認(rèn)出貨Work?closely?with?factory?and?MIL?PD/QC?team?on?production?status?tracking?to?make?sure?on?time?shipment.?Monitor?factory?space?booking?and?approval?of?shipments?based?on?QC?inspection?report.?管理一些客人的驗(yàn)貨申請(qǐng)安排，?比如Wal-mart,?Kmart.Manage?inspection?booking?with?Customer?nominated?3rd?party?for?specific?customers,?such?as?Wal-mart,?Kmart.?管理每個(gè)定單的出貨文件，?確保文件的正確性和完整性Manage?the?shipping?documents?for?each?PO?and?make?sure?all?documentation?is?correct?and?integrate.?確保按要求操作Netsuite系統(tǒng)，及時(shí)在系統(tǒng)上有條理的保存相關(guān)文件并做及時(shí)更新Work?on?Netsuite?for?all?relative?process?to?make?sure?all?documentations?and?process?are?recorded,?organized?and?updated?timely.?根據(jù)客人需求，管理工廠(chǎng)的驗(yàn)廠(chǎng)Manage?factory?audit?from?customer?if?needed?其他管理層安排的工作Perform?other?duties?assigned?by?management.任職要求：英語(yǔ)熟練，能看懂英文資料，?能郵件溝通，暑期工亦可。
