崗位職責/Job?Summary:
1.Responsible?to?daily?transportation?operation?and?customs/CIQ?declaration?for?inbound?&?outbound?shipment.
?負責日常貨物的運輸和進出口貨物的日常清關業(yè)務。
2.Responsible?to?manage?necessary?license?for?import?&?export?business,?such?duty-free?certificate?for?imported?equipment,?country?of?origin?for?export?product,?etc.
?負責管理進出口所需的許可證，例如進口設備免表，原產(chǎn)地證書的辦理等。
3.Review?and?sign?ever?single?declaration,?raise?domestic?sale?application?to?MOFCOM?&?Customs,?arrange?customs?declaration?and?other?related?process.
?審核報關單據(jù)，申報海關內銷數(shù)據(jù)，安排報關及其他相關工作。
4.Represent?Shaw?in?communication?with?freight?forwarder?in?China?and?around?the?Asia?Pacific.?Handle?shipment?damage?investigation?&?claim?for?the?damage?and?provide?strategic?selection?of?steamship?lines?and?routings.
?代表公司與貨代公司進行聯(lián)系和溝通，處理貨物運輸過程中的損壞調查和索賠事項，提供航線選擇方案。
5.Record?retention?and?archive?on?all?related?documentation.
?負責所有相關文件的記錄、保存和存檔。
6.Attend?all?related?training:?like?internal?training,?the?training?held?by?customs?,?CIQ?or?relevant?government?department.
?及時參加各類培訓，包括公司組長的海關業(yè)務培訓及海關、商檢局舉辦的各類培訓。
7.Responsible?to?payment?checking,?reconciliation?and?check?request?for?CIQ?broker?&?freight?forwarder.
?負責核對貨代相關費用及提交付款申請。
8.Support?leader?on?cost?control?and?complete?other?task?assigned?by?leader.
?協(xié)助上級控制相關成本并完成上級指派的其他工作。
任職要求/Qualifications：
1.Bachelor?or?college?degree?in?logistics?or?relevant.
?大專以上學歷，物流相關專業(yè)。
2.Minimum?of?2?years’?experience?in?transportation?and?logistics?operation,?preferred?with?the?experience?of?hand?book?for?processing?trade.
?2年以上關務、物流工作經(jīng)驗，有加工貿易手冊工作經(jīng)驗的優(yōu)先考慮。
3.Excellent?verbal?and?written?English.
?良好的英語聽說讀寫能力。
4.Familiar?Harmonized?Tariff?System?(HTS)?Classifications?&?Customs?/CIQ?process?and?Microsoft?Office.
?熟悉HTS種類、關務流程及辦公軟件。
5.Good?inter-person?communication?and?presentation?skills.
?良好的人際溝通和表達能力。
6.Strong?study?aspiration?&?ability?and?good?oversee?&?cross?thinking?capability.
?較強的學習能力和綜合思考能力。
