一、崗位職責(zé)?(Job?Responsibility):
1、?根據(jù)集團(tuán)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,制定公司市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷(xiāo)戰(zhàn)略和業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展規(guī)劃;
?2、?根據(jù)國(guó)內(nèi)及非洲市場(chǎng)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,研究和制定有針對(duì)性的市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷(xiāo)策略(產(chǎn)品策略、渠道策略、價(jià)格銷(xiāo)策),完成公司的銷(xiāo)售目標(biāo);
?3、?做好品牌規(guī)劃和品牌建設(shè);
?4、?全面構(gòu)建、優(yōu)化和完善公司營(yíng)銷(xiāo)管理體系,監(jiān)督、指導(dǎo)國(guó)內(nèi)外營(yíng)銷(xiāo)部工作;
?5、?管理和培養(yǎng)一支有戰(zhàn)斗力的營(yíng)銷(xiāo)團(tuán)隊(duì),提升銷(xiāo)售團(tuán)隊(duì)的銷(xiāo)售技能與綜合素質(zhì);
?6、?管理和引導(dǎo)經(jīng)銷(xiāo)商團(tuán)隊(duì),建立并維護(hù)良好的客戶(hù)關(guān)系;
?7、結(jié)合市場(chǎng)反饋,對(duì)全程物流產(chǎn)品不斷優(yōu)化,保持市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。

?1、基本要求:30-35歲;本科及以上學(xué)歷,市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷(xiāo)及相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)畢業(yè);身體健康;
?2、性格特點(diǎn):富有激情與活力、充滿(mǎn)自信;目標(biāo)導(dǎo)向型風(fēng)格;
3、工作經(jīng)驗(yàn):熟悉中非海運(yùn),5年以上銷(xiāo)售經(jīng)驗(yàn)及3年以上銷(xiāo)售管理經(jīng)歷;
?4、知識(shí)技能:熟悉全程物流的銷(xiāo)售模式,具備較強(qiáng)的業(yè)務(wù)規(guī)劃與運(yùn)營(yíng)能力、溝通及談判能力、數(shù)據(jù)分析能力和團(tuán)隊(duì)管理能力;
5、?工作地點(diǎn)上海,愿意接受?chē)?guó)內(nèi)和國(guó)際出差。
