Responsibility?崗位職責：1.全面負責公司教務、師資、人員管理等工作；Be?responsible?for?teaching?department?management,?including?but?not?limited?building?and?developing?teacher?team;2.組織制定教學年度計劃、年度預算并對結果負責；Make?the?yearly?teaching?plan,?department?budget?and?responsible?for?cost?control?of?teaching?department;3.保證中心日常課程及demo課質量,并協(xié)助其他部門以達到中心業(yè)績?yōu)槟繕?Ensure?the?quality?of?center?daily?course?and?demo?course,?help?to?achieve?the?sales?target?through?smoothly?cooperation?with?other?department4.開展教學管理和團隊建設工作，主持各項教學活動（包括但不限于課程教學活動,市場活動及中心其他活動）Responsible?for?building?and?development?teaching?department?whose?support?all?kinds?of?teaching?activities?(include?but?not?limit?course?activities?,marketing?activities?and?center?activities?likes?some?parent?class?ect.).5.推行教師和教學管理流程、工作規(guī)范和管理制度，提高教學服務滿意度；Make?the?teaching?department?policy,?teaching?process?and?code?of?conduct;?enable?our?member?to?reach?their?learning?objective?with?satisfaction?throughout?their?course?at?IBOBI.6.完善教學培訓工作，對任課教師的考評管理，定期對教學質量進行跟蹤調查，保證高質量教學服務；Set?up?teaching?training,?and?evaluation?form,?follow?up?the?courses?to?ensure?provide?course?quality.7.處理教學管理工作中的問題，負責對教學的意見及投訴的管理等；Responsible?for?deal?with?some?complaint?from?parents,?and?management?it.8.協(xié)調與配合其它部門的正常工作，保障公司整體利益。Good?support?and?cooperation?with?other?department?ensure?good?benefit?for?company?as?whole.Requirement?任職資格：1.本科以上學歷，學前教育專業(yè);2.從事學前教育工作5年以上，管理工作2年以上;3.熱愛早教事業(yè)，善于處理各種家長問題，對于學前兒童心理有較好的把握;4.善于外教事務的管理;
